In Honor of Barry Wilson

I wanted to take a minute to talk about my best friend's father, Barry Wilson. Mr. Wilson lost his fight to Pancreatic Cancer on Wednesday, May 20th. He fought his cancer hard all the way to the end. Every time I saw him before and certainly after he was diagnosed Mr. Wilson was in such good spirits and had such an amazing attitude about life. Mr. Wilson knew the importance of family and knew that friends were family and family were friends. He knew that it was an amazing feeling to be surrounded by your friends. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson raised two amazing children who have grown up into amazing people. I have been friends, best friends, with Katy it seems like all my life. I cannot imagine not having her in my life. We've been through so much together and seen each other grow over the years. Katy is the woman she is today because of her mother and father. I'm very thankful to have known Mr. Wilson!
